The Saralcare Ambulance Directory is an information aggregator. We compile and publish data about ambulance providers in India in good faith, drawn from verification phone calls, government data, provider and hospital websites, and other publicly listed sources.
What this site is NOT
- Not an ambulance service.
- Not a dispatcher, coordinator, or call centre.
- Not an emergency response service.
- Not a booking platform.
- Not a real-time vehicle-tracking system.
- Not a recommendation engine.
- Not an advertiser, lead generator, or paid-placement marketplace.
We do not own, operate, or coordinate any vehicle. We do not hold real-time availability data for any provider. We do not receive payments from listed providers; listing is free and equal.

The maintainers, contributors, and rights-holder of this project make this information available "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any record.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no responsibility and no liability — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — for any loss, injury, delay, cost, or other adverse outcome arising from your use of, or reliance upon, this information.
This includes, without limitation:
- A number that no longer connects, or rings without answer.
- A provider that has shut down, changed area, or rebranded since our last verification.
- A fare quoted on the site that differs from the fare charged.
- A vehicle classification (BLS / ALS / MICU / PTA) that has changed.

- Verify before relying. Always call the provider directly to confirm availability, vehicle type, and fare before you depend on the information shown here.
- Use independent judgement. This directory presents factual listings, not recommendations.
- Report inaccuracies. Use the channels in our takedown / correction process. We respond within 48 hours.
Provider notice
If you are an ambulance provider listed on this site:
- Your record was compiled from public sources or a verification call.
- You may request a correction at any time — see takedown.
- You may request to be delisted entirely.
- We do not publish private contact information; only numbers and addresses already public elsewhere.
- We do not assert motive or wrongdoing in affiliation edges. Edges describe behaviour ("Hospital X's published ER number routes to Provider Y, observed on [date]") with sources cited.
Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this site or its dataset shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
