The Saralcare Ambulance Directory uses three separate licenses for three layers of the project:

Data — CC BY-NC-SA 4.0

The structured ambulance + hospital data is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International.

Free for: individuals, families, doctors, hospitals (for patient care), journalists, researchers, NGOs, civic-tech projects, government and govt-contracted EMS.

Requires a separate bilateral license for: any for-profit product, app, API, or service. Email ashwinsk@saralcare.com. There is no public price list and no self-serve.

Code — MIT

The site code, build scripts, validators, and JSON schemas are MIT-licensed. Fork freely.

Content — CC BY-SA 4.0

Prose content (this page, the README, blog posts, the disclaimer) is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International. Commercial republication is allowed for the writing — only the structured data has the non-commercial clause.
