What we don't do

  • We never take payments from providers. There is no path to pay for ranking, hide negative reports, or accelerate verification.
  • We never publish unsourced affiliation claims. Hospital tie-ups only appear with a public source or a verified call.
  • We never publish "kickback" or "exclusive contract" as facts without a documented public record (RTI response, court filing, press report).
  • We never operate or dispatch ambulances. We are not your competitor; we direct patients to you.

Pricing for commercial integrations

If your business wants to ingest our dataset into a for-profit product (booking app, insurance pipeline, hospital chain system), a commercial license is required. Read the license and email ashwinsk@saralcare.com. We quote case-by-case.

This does not apply to: a hospital using the data internally to inform patients, a doctor referring patients, a researcher, a journalist, an NGO. Those uses are free under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
